Thanks to the generousity of PTA, each class has been allocated $100 and each student at their grade level has been allocated $10 toward a field trip. To obtain your reimbursement please fill out the Request for Reimbursement form and attach your receipts, then place in the Treasurer's box in the office.
There is also a form for recording collection of cash for events. It should be double-counted and turned in with the Cash Form. This form requires the signatures of the two money counters.
