We are partnering with the Campbell Police Department to bring a free youth heart screening to the community.
Sudden Cardiac Arrest(SCA) claims the lives of thousands seemingly healthy kids every year and is the leading cause
of death for student-athletes and on school campuses. 1 in 300 youth have an undetected heart condition.
Standard well-child exams & sports physicals are not designed to identify heart conditions that put youth at risk for SCA.
Studies show EKGs are more accurate to detect heart abnormalities, given heart conditions often have unrecognized warning signs & risk factors.
Our Screening includes cardiac risk assessment, EKG, and doctor review, all should take about 40 minutes to complete. Screening is noninvasive & painless.
Our screenings are for youth 12-25 years of age.
