Cheryl Lee

This is Ms. Lee's first year with Monroe Middle School, and her fourth year in education, teaching 6th grade Math and Science.

For the past 3 years, she worked at a charter school in the greater Los Angeles area, focusing on small group instruction, socio-emotional learning, and restorative justice strategies within the classroom.

Ms. Lee earned her Master's degree and Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from University of Southern California, during which she completed student teaching at a Title I public school in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Although originally Bay Area born and raised, she resided in Los Angeles for many years. Ms. Lee attended UCLA for undergraduate studies with a major in Psychology and minor in Applied Developmental Psychology.

In her spare time, Ms. Lee loves reading, hiking, playing video games, spending time with her dog Maddie, discovering new restaurants, and driving to explore new places.
