Is your student absent?

Are you going to the doctor or dentist?  In order for this absence from school to be excused, a medical note is required whether it be for a full or partial day.  Please ask your medical practitioner for a note before you leave the office.  Remember you need to turn in this note to the attendance office when you return to school.

¿Vas a una cita del doctor or dentista?  Para esta que ausencia sea excusada de la escuela, una nota médica es necessaria ya sea por un día competo o la mitad.  Por favor pídale a su médico una nota antes de salir de su cita.  Recuerde que necesita entregar esta nota a la oficina de asistencia cuando regrese a la escuela.
