Students taking the California Healthy Kids Survey

During the week of May 11th-May 15th.  This survey measures school connectedness, school climate, school safety, student well-being and student supports. The information from the survey helps us to plan programs and activities that support our school community.  

If you do not want your child to participate in this survey, please emial Ms. Flores at vflores [at] campbellusd.org  or call 408-556-0360 ext. 5058 by Friday May 8th. A copy of the survey is below.
