Dear Families,

Please note that the information below applies to students who attend Monroe Middle and the students who are in the guaranteed year long distance learning program, Campbell Distance Learning Program.

Student Schedules

Student schedules are accessible in two places:

1. Parent Portal at https://ps.campbellusd.org/public/home.html

2. Google Classroom: Your students will login with their Campbell USD email and password.

First Day of School

Our first day of school is August 24th.  All classes will be done virtually.  Our school day will begin at 8:30 AM and will end at 1:30 PM.  Here is a link to our bell schedule for this school year.  To be ready for class at 8:30 AM we have put together a checklist:

• Be sure to charge the student Chromebook

• Practice logging into the Chromebook and into google classroom before Monday 

• Be sure the Chromebook is connected to wifi

• Get a good night of sleep

• Eat breakfast

• Sign into your Chromebook and google classroom at  8:20 AM

• Select your “Homeroom” google classroom

• The first zoom link of the day will be available for you to join in the “Homeroom” google classroom

If your student CANNOT login on Monday

We will have staff ready in the office to help if your student cannot login on Monday.  We will be available for support starting at 7:45 AM.  If your student is having difficulty logging in please call (408) 556-0360.

No Chromebook, Broken Chromebook, or a Hotspot

Please come to school between 9:30am and 11:30am  and we will assist you at the office.

Student Attendance

Attendance will be taken in Homeroom and in each class daily.  Students must be on time to each class. If your student is ill and cannot attend you must report the absence to the absence line at (408) 341-7022.
